No NPC Audio or Radio Sound
Don't really see many people posting about this, but I don't have audio for any NPCs on the street nor do I have audio for the Radio in V's car. I can hear the main story dialogue but I'm not sure what else is missing for me. Any fixes?

Noticed the same for me, but it's also any radio or TV, not just the cars, or if it's there it's really low(all the more difficult for me as I'm hard of hearing)

Even the TV in your apartment....no sound.

I had radio sound, but I'm missing background NPC dialogue and environmental noises. No music in the bar, etc.

I'm suffering from the same problem, anything?

I'm also having that issue, didn't realize the TV even made noise haha

Tried reinstalling my Realtek Drivers and tried using Speakers. No Luck :(

Asked my friends, and they also have the same issue. We might have to wait for a patch or a workaround if someone finds a solution

Hey Everyone! I found a fix, hopefully it works for you guys as well. I unplugged my VR headset and relaunched the game and I have audio again. Guess I'll have to remember to keep it unplugged whenever I play this. Hope this helps at least one other person!

I have the same problem except I don't have VR or anything else odd plugged in.

I did notice that if you do a weapon attack like a punch, the audio will very briefly become loud as normal. Tested with the tvs in the elevator.

The shower in V's apartment makes no sound for me.

Oddly I had no trouble hearing it.

No VR hooked up, changed Sound Inputs(default speakers, I don't use headphones) and now restarting it to see if it helps. Otherwise, yeah, going to have to wait for a patch. Can barely hear any radios, TV's are silent but I can hear the shower and *some* NPC dialogue out in the world.
I have no sound whatsoever. Tried updating everything under the sun (drivers all up-to-date, nvidia driver updated, windows 10 updated), tried switching between 3 different audio outputs, messed with my bitrate jic to see if changed anything, tried with and without pre-order DLC, tried surround sound vs no surround sound...

no sound in game, at all
grrr

Thank you very much. This solution solved my problem. Just unplugged my VR and restarted cyberpunk.

Aw man, thx for info, VR unplugging fixed things for me. Really no idea why it had any effect tho >.>
