Sorry, but I wrote in the description that I don't use mods
Also the game cant exit to desktop, it gets stuck and I got to log out of windows.
Lucky my vanilla saves are ok to load.
I got a fix on the above issues.
Verify the integrity of the game files. After it went through the process of re-downloading and fixing files the benchmark tool worked fine, and was able to close the game no issues.
Was gonna say, verify integrity of the install after any large update like this. And of course the usual advice to update drivers.
But also, just as importantly, make sure the profile at the driver level for the game has the settings you had running stable before. A clean install will reset those sometimes. Like if there's some particular quirk you know a game has (off the top of my head example, Starfield having a shader issue unless Anisotropic Filtering at the driver level is set to "Use application settings") that you previously applied to fix something about this game, make sure those are all restored after updating to the new driver assuming a clean install was performed.
I've had times when a game became unstable after a driver update but rather than having to roll back I just needed to reapply some specific setting in the game's profile that got reset and that for whatever reason my system needed to run the game stably.
Also check in-game settings. While they shouldn't have changed with the patch, if they did it might be throwing things off for you. Some things changed with this update, and if it defaulted you to FSR 3 + FG somehow for example, it will have forced you into borderless windowed, disabled Vsync, and other things. Make sure the in-game settings are restored to how you had them previously.
Again it shouldn't do that, but I saw at least one person say their in-game settings changed defaults following the patch so, double check that too. That includes making sure your HDD mode setting is as it should be (i.e. if it was off or on before make sure that's true now too) etc.
If none of that is the issue, then you can submit a ticket (ideally with a dxdiag report attached) here: https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/cyberpunk/pc/sp-technical/issue/1700/contact-to-support
