Bright Glowing Eyes With RTX ON
When RTX is enabled, the eyes of characters while in cars will brightly glow and look terribly out of place during daytime.

This can be observed when driving with Jackie to the Heist mission or with Panam during her introductory quest, during daytime.

At night however it works properly.

RT lighting causes this. I'm not sure why exactly.

At night it is working quite fine, just during the day for some reason and only when the character is inside the car.

Either the characters have a different illumination rule when in cars specifically or they forgot to add some RTX code for the eyes. Might be global reflection as well when in a car. Definitely seems fixable though as it is only the eyes.

It's been like that for ages (certainly since I got my RT card a few months after release). Could put a report in for a visual issue but I'm sure they've long been aware of it. It's actually improved with 1.6 for me over some of the earlier versions of the game.

This is interesting, because it was an issue back at launch, and at some point (with one of the updates, can't recall which) it disappeared from my game. I'm wondering if the eye adaptation mod (which reduces the overbrightening effect when driving in first person and tones down the game's fake HDR) would address this or not for those still having it.
