Lore question: What if Max Tac fails?
I am just wondering if the TTRPG has any document mentioning what if a criminal is so dangerous and out of control even Max Tac failed to flatline that criminal? (Say more than 20 Max Tac officers killed and the criminal is still alive and kicking) Does such document never existed because Max Tac is nearly invincible in lore?

In the tabletop, MaxTac is a death sentence. They existed as the nuke option, if a played went Cyberpsycho, or the party became so OP they needed to be wiped, you press the big red button called MaxTac and everyone dies.

You can't even fight them, whatever stats you have, what ever cool weapons you have, MaxTac has better stats and toys than you. If they called MaxTac, you're dead.

The reason why I am asking this question is an incredibly OP character that is in my mind. I was thinking about a rouge borg scientist stealing a prototype quantum cyberware he developed which allowed him to bend space and time. Due to his ability, he will be nearly impossible to kill. He will then go on a rebel path that can go any direction. The reason why I think the technology can exist is the Edgerunner show where they demonstrated Cyberskeleton's ability to alter gravity. Altering gravity is close to quantum realm tech so I would not be surprised if a rouge borg scientist created a time bending cyberware and use it for his own purpose.

Or if Max Tac ever did fail, and you annoyed a corp enough well there were all those rocks up on the moon...

Not just that, but the Corps have entire armies at their disposal (as in tanks, fighter jets, nuclear subs, legit armies), so they are not exactly toothless by any means.

Meant they could send one down from orbit or the moon. Not something you want landing on you if it is fairly large.

If a pyscho was SO dangerous that not even maxtec could deal with them, the corps themselves would prob step in with the military. It's like if a situation was so bad that swat can't handle it, You call in the national guard.
