i don't think wee are getting anything more than cosmetics, maybe a small sidequest and some extra easter eggs now for 2077.

there is a mod that adds a lot of text conversations (PMO or Phone Messages Overhaul) that adds a romance with the netrunner 8ug8ear (bugbear) who you rescue from Tygers for Wakako.

not sure about calling a Joytoy to your place. but there are many 'swaps' for the current 4 Joytoys.
