People who completed the game. What would be the best weapons store in this game?

They all sell the same stuff, it's just very random who has what at any one time so shopping about can be needed if you're looking for that one exact item to see who (if anyone) may have it that day.

The only real exception is the aforementioned Herold Lowe in the Dogtown stadium, who you can buy any iconics from that you may have missed (the chance to grab) at other points in the game.
It's worth checking in on him every few levels to see if he has anything else (you missed).
Other than that though his default selection is less than that of a normal weapon vendor.

The weapon stores have randomized items to sell. It didn't use to be that way, but now that's how it works. You gotta shop around. If you want, you can skip time for 24 hours in front of a store and their stock should refresh...I prefer the luck of the hunt.

Stores don't sell 5++ tier weapons. Some of the best weapons in the game can only be farmed. I spent a day trying to farm a tier 5++ Nekomata so that I could slap the Wallpuncher mod on it, but it was worth it: made the iconic Nekomata (Breakthrough) look like a joke in comparison.

Black Market is the only one worth buying weapons from. I like to use only the iconic weapons.

From 2 Stores (one in the Badlands and one in Pacifica) you can buy an iconic Weapon.

Stealth players.
Mantis blades are fun, but a knife to the head is rarely an attack that doesn't take the unaware out in a single hit. You get shot at less when the only people that know you're there, are the dead.

Ngl. Before the reworks the stores used to matter. It is something I miss with this game. Now they are all kind of worthless, they are all the same.

Actually, that's perfect. I just started my 2nd playthrough and I want to focus on stealth and throwing weapons but I can't find any good ones, just crappy knives looted from enemies.
