Rotating the model showed half of V displayed inside the dark model like it was a screen showing a low resolution version of the other model played through it.

#1. Make sure current mods are up to date. If there not, please contact their developers to update them to current version of game. If there not up to date, it will cause issues. Delete any old mods not up to date.
#2. Delete any old games and start a new game. Old games tend to have issues with new patches on any game. Starting a fresh new game with the new patch tends to resolve this issue.
#3. This looks like a graphics issue. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
Drivers are all up to date, and no saved games from previous versions. once more, started from scratch like a new install.
I just read another post that it is because of the newest graphic driver is not compatible with game. The person on it recommended using outdated graphics driver. I will post the link to it here so you can read it.

They have a link to install the old drivers. Make sure your using that specific graphics driver before installing it. IF that is not the graphics driver your using on your pc, you may have to try one that is older for your specific graphics card.
Looks like i was right above with #3. It has something to do with the current graphics driver. Either contact your graphics driver developer and their customer support, wait for new driver version, or try outdated driver version.
That sucks. Anyone actually try to contact AMD about the issue and explain it? If i had this issue, i would complain about it to them in their customer support.
