They paradoxically tried to play it safe. Lots of stupid oversexualized ads everywhere, but when it comes down to it there's hardly any real sex in the world. I'm fine with that since cyberpunk as a genre isn't really about that. The oversexualization is a total meme. Still, they utterly lacked the balls to even see their own vision through.

There are a few romance scene that you can choose to initiate if you want to. The game is very obvious in telling you when sexy time is about to happen.

There are hookers in the game, but they are made to look ... greasy... so even I didn't initiate any of those... because just... ew

There is not much at all. Most of the nudity is dead bodies that have been stripped for parts including parts those kind of parts. The most you see is chest.

Most nudity in this game is entirely optional. You have to intentionally get yourself into that situation (knowingly). If you hire a prostitute or engage in a sexual encounter with your romantic partner, you're going to see nudity and the game doesn't punish you for skipping it or opting out.

The only part of this game where anything is kinda forced on you is the sinnerman quest. Without knowing really what you're getting into you get locked in a room/set and forced to crucify someone - all dialogue options lead to it and not matter what you do you can't leave until the quest completes (until you drive 3 nails into a guy and crucify him old-school).

This is also why the ESRB has a very strong warning against this game. If that was made optional, the ESRB would have likely been 17+ not M. But because "agony" and "torture" which comes out of that one, irrelevant side-quest, it went up on it's rating.

You get to see your t!ts while waking up in the shower after being just a little dead. But honestly, if you're wanting some cheap jollies, you'd be better off with any other game title like VR Paradise, Being a D!K, or even Mass Effect Andromeda...or real life porn.

There's more flesh in a Benny Hill skit than in this game.
