You can watch this Youtube performance check to give you a ballpark idea of what this exact pair of cpu and gpu can give you at 1440p, with ray tracing and DLSS set to Quality.
3080TI + i9 12900K Cyberpunk Ray Tracing Pyscho Mode 1440p
But like I said before, your mileage may vary, depending on how you set up your graphical settings and screen resolution. The uploader turned up everything at 1440p but the bar sequence isn't really the best way to benchmark because as we all know, there are more taxing areas in the game itself, especially in Dogtown.
For years I was an Intel user, but with how their latest generation CPU's have been going. I went AMD for my new system, as did not want the headaches some folks are having with the current crop of Intel CPU's.
Thankfully the game looks amazing even without RT.
My GPU is a 3070 but my CPU only a i7 7700k.
I can run everything at ultra/psycho Without RT.
But RT causes (a low amount of) frame stutters.
CPU is for certain my bottleneck. I'd suggest at least a Gen 11 i7/i9 11 upwards.
Or go all the way to 13900K/14900k + RTX 4090.. and all problems go away :))
But realistically, 9th gen or 10th gen for a RTX 2000/3000 series GPU. For 4000... go with 13th or 14th (13+) Intel CPU... or go AMD CPU side if that makes more sense for you...
