Where is Raven microcyber mk.4 cyberdeck?

One of the airdrops in dogtown had a note saying something like this shipment is for Ayo Zarin, included in the list is a Raven microcyber mk.4
So I go finish her off and get the access card for the little room, but inside the safe, it was only the mk.3 version.

Is the mk.4 removed from the game and the note was not updated in the airdrop? Where can I find the mk.4 if its still available?

It's not a special item, so you should be able to grab this from any regular shop.

Available cyberware in shops is relative to player-level, the mk.4 is the higher quality version of the mk.3 - either level up until shops sell the mk.4 variant, or buy the mk.3 and upgrade it using components.

I am currently level 56 and streed cred 50. I've tried the skip time by 24hr method, checked at various ripper docs, but no mk.4 I hope its not a level 60 item!

Mk.3 is the highest one in the game currently, it seems, and the reference in the note you found is not updated to reflect this.

I only started playing after v.2.1 of the game, but I understand that v.2.0 introduced many changes to the cyberdecks.

Here is what a wiki says about the Raven:

"Prior to Patch 2.0, there was an Mk.4 variant which still exists in the lore.[1]"

Before v1.2 you could get the MK 4 from the Ripper in Kabuki with I believe 14 Street Cred
