Thats all i could really find, but in "The Heist" if you go to yorinobu's suite and go to the bathroom (i think?) You get some of his clothes, yorinobu's pistol near the bed and saburo's throwable knife on his dead body (im sure you already know that)
In "Chippin' In" you can get johnny's gun from jeremiah grayson and the car from a container on the ebunike.

If you have the phantom liberty dlc you can find a vendor in dogtown that sells missable items guns or melee but not cars, at a hefty price.
! katana(up near the AV), 2 the dagger (the dads body has dog tags too), 3 gun on the nightstand in the bedroom, 4 egg near the leguna (befor you come in to the left of the elivator)
or you can reenter the tower and climb it again.
more, actually.
up the stairs is a suitcase with a shirt and slacks (pants/trousers)
the suitcase in the bathroom has his rebel coat, tho you can get the same appearance in game for all of Yori's gear (which is a shame really. think the coat should have had his 'Steel Dragons' gang/clan emblem on the back tbh)
you can miss Johnny's Pants and Shoes in two gigs, if you dont search for them, or rush (understandable for the shoes, since you are under fire from 6th Street there. but the pants are in a gig where you dont actually have anyone chasing or shooting at you)
but the rest of his gear, other than the 911 and the Malorian are handed to you automatically via gameplay (so long as you at least let him visit Rogue)
you dont have to deal with Grayson ether. just check him after your little 'talk' lol and you can grab the car.
Missables are only an issue for you if you want to do everything in one go, and are not prepared to go back to saved 'points of no return'
(those being one choice in the expansion where you must choose between two sides, the other being the well known 'Elevator of Doom' outside Embers lol)
if you make at least one manual save before both these points, you can go back and choose the other paths.
i say both of them, because thanks to said elevator, your auto made point of no return save can get busted.
so long as you are only going to keep doing the different endings, it should be fine.
(game puts V into a 'peacemode' status that means all V can do is talk, walk and scan. no jumping, running shooting, hacking ect. once you are done in Embers, V should be able to run and the rest, but for players who wanted to go back for 'just one more gig', the game's over because V wont get unpacified. Hence the suggestion of a manual save from before the auto save point of no return. most want to get the achevements, so if they missed anything other than the ending ones, they have to go back to the older saves. and achevements dont care if you load older saves here, thankfully)
well technically its more than 2 times with different gender, if you count the impact about choices that you make. if you really are completionist and want to get every items in game
The best parts of Cyberpunk and most other RPG's is the sense of exploration and surprise of finding things on your own. There's tons of stuff in Cyberpunk to wander about and find on your own, and it's not hard to find said stuff. Every nook and cranny of the game is packed with loot, and any iconics you miss can be purchased at a vendor in the DLC area.
Watching a guide to play a game, isn't playing the game. You'll understand this one day, and I wish someone would've given me this advice sooner.
Kick back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
After that, go guides if you want.
There are missables scattered around like the teaser for the Anime show, but most can be discovered during gigs and jobs. For that, individual guides on the current gig or job you're having V complete will probably work best than an all encompassing list that would be waaaaay too long. Use a guide on getting all jobs and gigs followed by guides on each one as you have V do them.
As mentioned itt: There's no way to do everything in one run. Several things are exclusive to each other.
Like with many great rpg's; there are mis-able / branching quests. But as others have said. Go in blind the first time.
Afterwards, you will be able to 'plan' / ish your next playthrough.
I have found myself confused a few times. Who am I supposed to be siding with / betraying, etc.
Best not to dwell on it.
Savour the first playthrough, as I am. And look forward to the next one.
Now, it's all fun and unga-bunga.
Good advice
If you don't have the time and just want a "perfect" save, just skip the entire game and just look at it on youtube.
Yet here you are, judging me when I told that was unnecessary, and completely assuming wrong stuff about what I want.
I want a "perfect" save: without missables. I want a save with all the "toys" available. Can you ride a bike, and use your preferred equipment from a YT video?
Taking things slow to fully grasp the game, and following tutorials, I took 8 hours until I finally left my apartment and stepped outside. I had this time today because I'm on vacations.
Until I finally get my endgame save with my stats, vehicles, wardrobe and arsenal all setup and the city finally becoming my oyster, I have to deal with a lengthy playthrough.
