it's lowSodium reddit, so shouldn't be too bad.

while most of them aren't trully 'time sensitive' as such, the guide just gives the time the quest should start at, and finish at, plus the name of the quest, and which NPC its with.
(some of the questnames might be spoilers if you are intuitive, but the list does not actually give any info than time start/time end, and recomend how soon or how late, to get there)
i personally did a copy/paste to notepad on my desktop for quests that i sometimes forget to do every playthru (i have 9 different versions of V XD, so it can get a bit hectic, depending on which playstyle i want to play today)
so i can remember what time i should set off for which quest.
don't know about the expansion quests times tho, only done a few bits
In game, there's a journal where various missions, side jobs and gigs will pop up as you play through the game, also a map that lays out all the minor (but still fun) encounters...and they overlap.
Pay attention to various messages and hints that pop up on your screen...keep in mind that some story elements don't appear until you've progressed in the game, or done other jobs first. Check message shards you find as you play...most of them are just lore or background, but occasionally they'll unlock the second part of a mission. Don't ignore 'optional' parts of quests...they will occasionally give you a lot.
The main thing is to _pay attention_ to what's happening around you. If a seemingly random NPC initiates a conversation with you, it probably has significance. There are very few story elements that will time out on you, none of them are important.
Secondly - if your into the whole "VG Romance" thing, might be worth looking up the options and what paths take you to them. Each nets you some stuff/extra scenes.
Lastly - don't fall for "Meet me there in an hour" for the main quests - I don't think time on those moves unless you do one. Hence - do side stuff first; maybe try and accomplish all side-missions in an area before the main quest, and then anything you miss/that comes up later can be done as you choose.
Basically - just meander about town, hitting all the stores, finding the tarrot, helping NCPD, fighting Psychos, do races, help fixers, and then when your ready to take another bite of content/story, hit the current main quest.
Edit : Oh - and keep your ears open; some quests are basically "word of mouth" and you need to overhear something or someone will yell at you, and you then need to find the person and chat em up.
As far as time sensitive stuff, I only really know of one "time sensitive" quest. Even that will still be marked as "complete" if you fail to do it properly.
Since you're using a guide:
The thing you really want to watch for is the quest "Chippin' In." If you don't select the correct dialog choices in that quest, you can lock yourself out of the "secret" ending, which is really just a slightly modified variant of another ending. (The secret ending is a bit more fitting for the game, in my opinion.)
It's painful to have played an additional 20+ hours or so to find out you've messed up a few, seemingly inconsequential, dialog options. And the quest itself can bug out and not unlock even if you selected the correct options.
Holy crap, really? Maybe I should give that game another chance. I just can't stand Geralt's voice.
If you do not want to pay, try Gamefaqs. People post free game guides there to help others. I even used to put game guides on it under another alias.
'Happy together' and 'riders of the storm' at their names.... Although there is a quest that can pop up in Pacifica connected with the roller coaster there, that will dissapear after another quest has finished.
(But you can still complete the rollercoaster quest after that point, it just does not show up on the map as a quest after that point.)
Just managed to do that myself for the first time, I usually wait till much nearer the end to do that quest lol. Looking forward to seeing the follow up conversation after in my own game
