Old Perk System was Better by Far!
Too many removals and not enough substance to replace what was taken. Anyone know a mode to overhaul back to the original perks? lol

no. but you can just play 1.63 from the beta tab instead if you like it that much.

i agree, but if you wanna play like the old gameplay. use biomonitor blood pumb and health item and cyberware refresh also the new patch gonna give us the ability to use overclock in camera mode. so its nerfed YES but still viable

Original perk system was a low point in the game, outside of the crafting perks, it was just barely noticeable passives.

Almost every removed perk that wasn't just a stat bonus became a baseline ability, or was rolled into a new perk.

Sombody didnt understand the new perk tree apparently.

I kinda miss crafting being a skill instead of it being innate. My v felt more like a techie 'MacGyver' esque character by specing tech. Felt right that I could disassemble an entire room of junk into a grenade or gun.

But i'd be lying if i didn't admit the new skill tree is way more fleshed out and cohesive.

New perks have one problem - conditionals. Add 3% damage if it is thursday morning and it is rains.

I like the new perk tree... what I don't like is having to use overwatch to headhot enemies 20 times to kill them when they can kill me in 3....

Could we not do that before? That's odd, as I was always able to use overclock when using cameras (2.00, 2.01, and 2.02)
