I personally went int then tech to 20 and now working on body to 20, with the other attributes at 9 for the tech bonus cyberware capacity perk. I use quickhacks, a lot of explosions (contagion + overheat, grenade launcher, flammables), and tech weapons.
the axolotl cyberware reward you get for completing all gigs in watson is at like 55 cyberware capacity.... but offers global decrease in cd's for all cyberware for each enemy you kill.... which using things like optical camo and overclock get a boost in duration if your using em while killing enemies...
I think one perk makes the Monowire link a few quickhacks so that hitting a enemy is hit with it instantly.
There's also a perk that give you RAM back when you land a monowire attack.
Getting ram back is such a tiny amount and the perk that does the auto upload is only one control hack. Which is ok but hardly worth it. Unless you really like monowire combat already skilling into monowire is a bit of a let down. But if you do like that jam I find the best contorl hack to be the cripple movement one since you can just lock guys down and strafe around them.
Better to grab G Arms so for opening doors that need body. Or the launcher because BOOM!
Smart guns how ever are really good with a runner build. Sure yeah it has the same small ram returns. But there is more in there like speeding up upload times while mostly useless is good for Skull enemies that take awhile to take down. And the bonus to lock time, multi lock, even insta lock makes smart weapons for late game runners into room clearly monsters.
