The game also broke health regen on inhalers and stuff. Only the pump works for me now.

First Person Camera - Custom Weapons - Vehicles - On Foot Views and FOV is also broken.
Last update for it was December 2021. Hope the mod-author will return to update it.

just a little update, it seems like EVERY DEPENDENCY MOD HAS BEEN UPDATED OR STILL WORKS with the latest patch. that goes for CET, red4ext, tweakxl, archivexl, redscript, cybercmd, input loader, mod settings all updated or still works.

any crashes on modded saves are gonna be caused by actual mods that needs to be updated by its author. either that or you updated or uninstalled your mods incorrectly, in that case you can start from a fresh slate by deleting
"cyberpunk 2077/bin",
"cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod",
"cyberpunk 2077/engine",
"cyberpunk 2077/r6",
"cyberpunk 2077/red4ext",
removing any mods from cyberpunk 2077/mods, verify game integrity, then launch the game at least once. not sure if its necessary to do it like this but i've done it every time after an official patch drop and had no problems since.

mind you that mods like "FidelityFx Super Resolution 2.1" and "Let There Be Flight" requires a third party file provided by them to completely uninstall them. might be unnecessary if you did the former but eh.

got loads of mods installed and it didnt work after the latest update.
It works again after udating these:
HystAtelierStore, ArchiveXL, CET, Appearance Menu, TweakXL, input loader and red4ext.

Yes I re-installed them all, game still crashes, crashes instantly, doesn't even bother starting.

did you update anything at all? if not then there could be almost a dozen mods in there that need an update.

ex. let there be flight, archivexl, tweakxl, red4ext, redscript, cyber engine tweaks, input loader, mod settings.

all have recently been updated. after, delete everything in r6/cache/modded

Found the culprit for my failure to launch crashes. Was cybercmd mod. Author of mod refuses to accept that. But disabling it resolved the issue.

I am running both of these without problem

I did want to post that one that I know does not work is CTD handler the game would not launch at all with out it. That and Mod settings were my only two problem mods everything else seems to work fine
