Free Monowire and Mantis Blades not spawning

Exactly what the title says I checked the guides and even reloaded the area but the stuff is not spawning at the usual spots. Were they removed from the game or is my game bugged?

That was patched out, they are no longer available for free. Save your money and buy em. But make sure your street cred is high enough or the game won't let you even buy em.

a lot of guides are outdated, make sure it references patch 1.6 if you ever look them up.

Apparently they weren't leveling correctly so they were removed in the 1.3 patch. As noted 15K and 20 SC is needed to buy the rare ones. The legendaries you can buy from act 2 onwards.

That might explain why the legendary monowire used to deal crap damage, even when I min-maxed a Blade build.
