Been trying to get this one as well as it's the last achievement for me to 100% the game. Apparently, everyone who hasn't gotten it after that 25gb patch update, can't get it anymore...
Literally made a new campaign and went to the 150 fast travel dataterms, but the achievement still won't unlock.
After some research its correct what you say, after the update many have problems with this one. All we can do is wait till they fixed it... How bad that may sound. Lucky me that i actually like the game and won't really care if i need to replay the map again, It's not that huge.
In December it did still work, of the 150ish you only like needed 120 to unlock it.
Even sent CDPR a support ticket but got no response (no surprise there).
Seeing as 22% players already got it, they probably just believe it's a mistake on our end.

But I cross-referenced it with the cyberpunk interactive map for the 3 playthroughs and I know for sure that I got all of them. Even the metro: memorial park that won't list up as a fast travel waypoint.
Just hope they fix it. I remember waiting for an entire year in Halo: MCC waiting for the devs to fix some achievement problems. Never thought that a 25GB+ patch to "supposedly" fix bugs would cause more things to be broken in the game.
Read up on some Youtube comments that luckily for console gamers, they found a workaround with this bug. If they bought a physical copy of Cyberpunk, all they had to do is reinstall the disc and not update the game, to earn the achievement.
But yeah, I get your point, I spent 20+ hours creating 2 new campaigns and reacquiring fast travel dataterms, only to confirm that it's truly bugged.
started a new game to ge it and tried the verification of files i think they must have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ something in the last "Patch"
