Yup, two pictures in your artwork section. Check.

Manually uploaded pictures can only be Artwork. You cannot upload "any picture" to Screenshot section, those have to be done using the In-Steam feature (F12 while in game).
Well whose images, is with N pressing in the game, then F12... Somehow I do it wrong.

It looks like you're trying to manually upload photomode images to Artwork instead of taking photos in-game and uploading them to the Steam screenshots album in your account. Do this:

In Steam, go to Steam > Settings > In Game

Make sure "Enable the Steam overlay while in game" is checked.
Make sure "Screenshot shortcut keys" is set to F12.

In your Steam library, in the long list of library games, find Cyberpunk 2077. Right click it, and select Properties. Under the General section, make sure "Enable the Steam overlay while in game" is checked.

When you're in the game now, pressing F12 will take screenshots. You can do this at any time, or you can do it in photomode (e.g. if you want to use the photomode to position shots, click the "take screenshot" key/button, then in addition to saving high quality shots to the photomode folder, you can also press F12 while the HUD is still hidden and take a Steam screenshot.)

After you exit the game, in Steam, at the top of the Steam app, go to View > Screenshots. This will open a new window called the Screenshot Uploader. In it, if it isn't already selected, choose Cyberpunk 2077 from the drop down menu. Then you will see your screenshots load up in thumbnails. Click the one you want to upload to Steam, and it will appear in a larger image to the right. Click "Upload," and another dialogue window will open where you can choose whether to make your image public or not. Choose to make it public, then click Upload.

After it's uploaded, still in the Steam app, click on your user name, then click on Profile. In your profile, click on Screenshots. This will take you to your screenshot gallery, with all of your public screenshots. Including those you just uploaded. In there, click on the individual screenshot you wish to share. This will open a new window.

In that window with your screenshot, look for the gear icon. Click it, and a drop down menu will open. One of the options will say "Share." Click on that, and another dialogue will open, with a link you can copy. That link is the link you can post in Steam forum threads to share that screenshot with others.

Note: This is all with the Windows Steam app, in Windows 10, normal mode, not Big Picture Mode.

The screenshots are larger than allowed on Steam. Steam limits 'artwork' to be 8mb or less. Just go to your microsoft paint editor and reduce the size of the image about 70 percent. This will take it from about 12mb to 7mb. Then you can upload it as artwork without any problem.

In photo mode (or anywhere) press F12 while in game, assuming Steam overlay is enabled and that you have the shortcut left at default. Once you exit the game, in the Steam app, go to View > Screenshots. The game should be auto-selected, but if not, select it from the drop down menu. Choose the screenshots you wish to upload to Steam, and choose whether to make them public. Once uploaded, in Steam go to your screenshot library, and click on the screenshot you wish to post here. Click "Share," and copy the link shown. Then paste that into a thread to share your screenshots.

When I upload items to steam, for some reason I often need to select it twice via the input path. I cannot drag the file over, which loads the path automatically either. Is this where you are getting your issue?
