Anyone did explore underwater ?
Just curious if any of you went and explored the underwater. I did 2-3 locations with the NCPD stuff, but there is a lot of water lying around.

Progress down a certain lesbian's friendship questline and you'll find an entire town beneath the waves.

Yeah, your talking about the pre-quests with Judy prior to the actual romance or lack there of. Yeah, that whole entire quest and underwater scuba scene was awesome. One of the few enjoyments I got out of this game. However, I think the lack of sexual content was very disappointing and bs. Lazy cowards the developers are!

I fell into some sort of pond when the games crappy driving launched my car off the freeway. For some reason there was a cat at the bottom of it. He was just chilling out.
There are some side quests, lootables, and easter eggs related to previous missions in certain locations underwater. (E.g. if your actions lead to the death of Stout, then you can find some evidence of what happened to her.)

To be fair to CD project, that Rockstar engine was release in 2006, and it took 12 years to get to RRD2. There was 8 games on it.

A good comparaison should be with Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned.

Anyway, I still think CDP shouldn't have redo a new engine for that game. I wonder why they didn't continue upgrading the Red Engine 3.

Oh yah. I forgot about that. It was cool, but you had swimwear.
Still, it was a very buggy place. I had all kind of visual crap and moving glitches there. Even the scan was poor.

This is where I am. I spent about 430 hours in the game, and still want to play more. I do not want to burn myself out before they release the DLC.
+1 Exactly. My save is where I want it to be, and I'm all set to hop back into the game when the DLC gets here.

I found an underwater cat in Kabuki

Plus the van from the shard, the 'treasure' from the shard, a few other things here and there near the piers, plus some legendary items under one pier and close to shoreline in SW Watson, all I can remember offhand... not counting Judy mission

I feel like a found a half-dozen bits of loot in some different bodies of waters I had an impulse to dive into. Beyond what's mentioned above, it was mainly more "crate loot" kind of stuff one could find lying around the dry parts of the map too.
