Ouch, personally I'd rather run at 45 with the full volume of pedestrians and traffic. To each their own though, I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who would love a tool like that.
Press 'X' to doubt
Understandable. I just prefer performance and high responsiveness over everything. It's nice being able to drive at full speed anywhere and soak in the view, and most of the NPC's are still there.
It doesn't play any worse then Red Dead Redemption 2 does, this could be the new normal for this generation of gaming 30fps @ Ultra, which I know lots of players hate
I do not know what Red Dead Redemption 2 is, I play Fall out 4, Fall Out 76, Mad Max, and so forth, games like these mostly. and they are optimized very good.. Being Mad Max having next to nothing for any kind of problems, considering I have that game all on high at full desktop range.. And them requierments for them games are a lot closer to this than any I seen others do compares to.
Nah, they couldn't seriously think that. Games locked to 30 fps have been devastated in customer reviews every time a studio tried a move like that. Releasing a game expecting it can only run at 30 fps for most consumers would be suicidal. RDR2 didn't feel that bad on a PS4 Pro, which BTW is a console that was only released because of all the complaints about 30 fps games and they were able to solve it by overclocking the hardware. This game should do 60 fps on medium settings on a PS4 Pro and equivalent hardware, which would be a 980. A PC with a 1080 should do what they themselves claimed: achieve high to ultra at 1080p while the more modern cards and consoles should make you want to consider 4k at 60 or even 120 fps. After all the new hardware out now is more than 50% faster than my computer. There are some things seriously not working as intended for most people.
This entire situation reminds me of "Arkham Knight"
Do you have to pay for the software? Where is the scam? If it's free then I'd run a virus scan just in case
