I'm not sure why developers stopped providing an option for this. It's like they want their games to look like a blurry mess.

Anyways, you should be able to force it off from Nvidia control panel. That is what I did and it looks better now. Just beware that portions of the game are inherently blurry (maps and inspecting your own character, for example).

I want to know, too. I've been trying to find a way to disable it. I found a way to enable the setting - it's there but set to be invisible - but even though the setting is there you can't change it to anything so it's no help. Here's my work so far if anyone else wants to try:

Just to let everyone know DLSS doesn't involve 4k unless you are selecting that resolution. If you're playing at 1080p or 1440p it will render the game at a potentially lower resolution and AI upscale it. If you can use DLSS I would strongly recommend you use Balanced or at least Performance, you will gain a lot of frames back for very little trade off in image quality.

Holy crap thank you I'll check this out. This should be shared more widely.

I'm going to watch now but is there any performance improvement?

No performance improvement, but you get rid of TAA... But then, you will understand why TAA is forced on this game... The texture and everything become very very weird without it...

I personnally uninstalled the game, I'll wait for CDP to do something about this and all the rest of the bugs... The game has a lot of potential but I'm ready to wait for the fixes and be able to actually enjoy all of it!

You could probably try forcing FXAA through the Nvidia Control Panel to replace it. Not sure how that would work the the SSR, though.

I'd try it but I have a support ticket submitted to refund the game :skyesad:
