Underwear appearing even when turned off

I selected the no underwear option, everything was fine until I got to my apartment, I noticed if i took off my clothes my underwear was on?
in the inventory screen it shows my underwear being off, but when I go back into the game, photo mode, mirror etc all show me with my underwear on

Anyone else notice this?

Open basegame_4_gamedata.archive with HxD, then replace all five instances of "underwear" with "underwe_r" and then save. Same method suggested above.

and it works. There are 6 underwear line you can find if you search all. I tried changing 6 and the game crash, can't open. But when I change the top 5 underwear word (based on search all) it works well.

Worked on Photo Mode and Mirror Mode. First Person just remove the purple panty and no penis shown in my futa character.

ah, so it's basically breaking the underwear filename so the game cant look it up to load them.

Soo um that wont fix the pasted underwear on the npc's in the world tgey did not only censor V guys they censored ingame npc's aswell changing the whole damn game.

Yeah, we also thought that also known bug but i guess it wasnt , its 95% confirmed censored after turning off censorship .

It's not censored, not in the way you think... The whole game has a system to remove all nudity if you toggle the option in the settings menu and that system is probably borked right now.

Look at the male body on bathtub scene in main first mission and then compare it with E3 first demo.. ( if censor not enabled)

The game it has not been censored after launc, which would be completely absurd and non sense, since they already gave them a rating before launch.
The game is just broken by some bugs. The npc's have underwear too cause something in the texture/mesh/underwear system is broken, then the game applies underwear to almost everything, but it is not supposed to be like this. They will fix it.
Remember, if they really did censored it, we wouldn't see V naked in menu!

The more important question is do you get beaten up by NPCs or arrested by the police for beeing naked & causing public unrest? That could be some fun side-missions & immersions.

But anyway , idk ,but as you can see on that screenshot i shared , that i mean, ,,, once again, still need a mod to revert this too.

Yup ^^, Just like in Mortal Online and Conan exiles style.

although Elder scroll 3 to 5 had this npc reaction to naked player character but censored though, unless if mod (which already existed) installed to remove that censorgarments.
