Violence and gore not likely.
I wish I could say this wouldn’t be the game for you, but I hope everyone gets to enjoy it. This is a Mature rated game with Mature themes.
In my opinion, I wish there werent a censor mode but I know it’s for streamers.
Don’t remember half the hen*** games on here that have censor mode. Manhunt didn’t have a censor mode, unless you count the rating change.

All of the romance and sex worker options are just that: options. They can be totally avoided. You have to go out of your way to get them (with the sole exception of one that a previewer found in a quest, which was clearly meant to be humorous and didn't last long. And even that was missable had they made different choices.)
And yes, romances - not the sex worker interactions which are more cursory, but actual romance arcs - require a lot more work and thoughtfulness in this game than in others. NPCs have sexual orientations, personality traits, etc. and will not even be romanceable depending on your character, dialogue choices, lifepath, etc. And the romance arcs are intended to be actual narratives with arcs and relationships, not just simplistic yes/no functions.
