It can "kind of" handle Witcher 3. But it's not a super great experience. You're talking 30 - 35 fps on medium settings at 1080p.

Maybe if you bumped the resolution down to 720 or 900p and turned the settings down to low/medium it may be playable.
But you have ten months to save up to ugprade your GPU. Get to mowing lawns and baby sitting, or something. GTX 1660 ti is only $269. And it's amazing at 1080p.
No worries, 750ti can handle at medium settings.
True. This game does look to be a major event and I have time. And in 9 months the definition of "cheap and slightly out of date" will still be much better than what I have now.
TBH I'm not a huge graphics nut, so 720p is fine. Most of my gaming is indie stuff; other than Mortal Kombat X and the first Tomb Raider reboot game, I haven't played a AAA title in a while.
Yeah, but... The 750 ti may still struggle even with low settings at 720p. It's not a guarantee to even hit 30 fps.
I upgraded from my GTX 960 because even at 900p lowest settings I could barely play Division 2, and I think it'll be around the same performance levels as Cyberpunk 2077.
It's served me surprisingly well these 5 years, even on games where the recommended specs were higher. But that age is not this age.
The Cyberpunk 2077 E3 2019 Demo ran on an Intel i7-8700K CPU clocked at 3.7Ghz with an NVIDIA TITAN RTX GPU. In addition, the setup used a Samsung SSD and a total of 32GB of RAM at 3000mhz. At 1080p Ultra RTX on

I mean yea they say it's not that much optimized yet but I also can't see it dropping from a TITAN RTX to a RTX 2060 (for example) like nothing. Keep it real man and mabye consider an upgrade to any RTX / RTX Super card if you can get a nice deal somewhere around.
You will ABSOLUTELY NOT require an RTX Card to play Cyberpunk 2077.
Or an i7 8700k. Please stop giving bad tech advice.
yeah because everybody uses a titan rtx card.
like 99 percent of the pc community cannot play the game. congrats on the best advice ever.
