I got to a very long scripted part, a little too long. Waiting and waiting and waiting as the story went on...
Then it finally starts a fight sequence I can't beat! My team members at one point ALL needed to be healed! I was the only one fighting and it was ridiculous.
Too bad, cool game. But I am not going to die over and over, this isn't suppose to be Dark Souls.
I know, get gud or something... better yet, get deleted.
edit:
I will give it another shot, but there is definitely action in this game. The battles are long when you get to them.
edit:
I was able to beat it, must of had too many beers before...hehehe :D
But I am guessing I am still only in chapter 8. Been doing battles, been getting chased, more battles and more dying.
This game has its' platform parts, its' puzzle parts and its' fighting!
There's no needless action when it's not justified, and I wish more games had that kind of balls instead of filling their world with enemies and making sure you're fighting someone or running from something every 20 seconds.
If you're looking for something "challenging", you can check out Volgarr The Viking, made many a Dark Souls player and hardcore pretender cry tears of blood and cry "unfair" even though it's masterfully designed.
Now after playing the game (obligatory played on hard mode in the off chance that changes anything) i can safely say you played like 3 chapters and called it a day. most of the game was fighting. It isn't 100% action all the time no. because it's also a story.
Loved the experience and i hope no one takes what OP says to heart at all. If you're looking for action and a story then this is an amazing game. Truly struggled to put it down once I started.
Though if you just want to run around killing stuff and not pay attention to anything but the sounds of fighting. Then i would probably insist on another game like the new Wo long, nioh or elden ring.
Thanks, I'll make sure I never play a Tell Tale game in that case.
Great. You should probably be aware not every single game ever made, was made for you. The level of cry baby these days is amazing. You dont like the game but came back a week later to comment. LOL whatever.
