To those who bought the game for $60
How do you feel about it being $39 only a month after release? Do you wish you would've waited or are you happy regardless?

Absolutely not, was worth the $60.

I think it was worth the full price and have suggested to others to get it, if others get it cheaper, all the better more people to play this crutaken awesome game

Damn any other games doing such a sizable discount this soon on a game that supposedly is at least 4 out of 5?

Its PC, I would never buy games @ 60. Having said that, I don't really care anymore. Everyone has a price point they feel is worth or not. If this price point get more people in to enjoy the game, I'm not going to be bitter. Its common sense games go down in price relatively quick now a days. You buy day one because you have no will power to wait or you wanted to support the Dev/publisher

I want them to get the money they deserve after making such a historic improvement from Avengers. Also I want a sequel so there's that too

It's one of the best gaming experience in recent years and deserves the $60 price tag. I want it to be successful so we get a sequel.

Yeah, I'm not regretting a single penny I paid for the game. For me it was 2,5€ per hour, and it was like a Guardians of the Galaxy movie experience but way longer and deeper in detail & lore.

I mean, it is Zero surprise that there was an upcoming Steam Fall Sale, and then Steam Winter Sale. Nobody should be shocked it is on sale, it is far more surprising when a game isn't on a sale for either the Fall or Winter Sale, even if it is new.

Didn't worth the $60 for me regardless of price drop. Gameplay and replay value is too thin, $60 is too much for a one and done 16hr game.

I'm about to go berserk about the price drop but you guys made valid points, so better not be resentful and just move on..

Zero regrets.
Unique case when the game turned out a perfect singleplayer experience. And I pre-ordered it!
Absolutely happy I played and completed GotG when it was released. Double happy I avoided the denuvo server issues players encounters literally days after I've done 100% run :D

Eidos didn't make Avengers. That was Crystal Dynamics.

Basically the discount amounts to Valve cut's along with the Unreal Engine 5% cut if that's what this game is using. Oh well it is what it is. If this gets discounted to 50% during the Christmas sale that would be hilarious.

I wouldn't have expected more than a 20% discount at most if just out of respect to the ones that bought the game at full price.
