if you want a dark Astarion then the usual ranger/rogue is nice.
Both really strong multiclass options.
Personally I did Thief into Ranger. Felt like a progression from his initial nature into a fighter on the battlefield.
Though if you just want to ignore any consistency just go swords bard thief and rain out attacks >_>
