cant host server reason 2 port 1

ive tried hosting and a dedicated server. connection to server is lost everytime after making character. ive tried beta builds and official release nothing works

Have you unblocked all the necessary ports in all the necessary places?

so i opened them on my router, unblocked in my firewall and have my anti virus off. is there some where else i can try? actuall gave me an idea im going to try turning off and rebooting my router too. ill also check those out
