More like throw them in with the rest of your laundry when all your clothes are bloody and you mass wash.
As said, just tossing in dirty bandages with the rest of the day's load.
Although it could be useful for people like me who harvest zombies for clothing materials. Instead of washing all the looted clothes before ripping them into rags, just rip em and toss em in the washer.
Would also add leather and denim strips to this.
