Map wont load? new multiplayer update

Does anyone know how to fix the map not loading in multiplayer? im hosting a server and i can only run around in a small area, everything after that is a black void

Yup, I get this issues too. I though it was just me then my friends also experiences the same things

I experienced this as a host, and then as a guest in a friend's session. He doesn't seem to have this issuue, though.

I know that one way to temporarily fix it is logging back in. Not ideal, especially if you're exploring, but it's better than nothing.
