How to remove Zombie Moans?

This is a bit of a weird one. I have a friend who is incredibly Kinemortophobic. But they're interested in trying out this game, they just can't handle how zombies look or sound.

Thankfully there looks like there's an option to remove the blood decals.

Is there a way to remove zombie noises without muting sounds?

You could play without zombies and just do the survival aspects.

Yeah true, this is an option, but I think we're more looking to play the game as is and just get rid of the zombie noises.

Just play with the "deaf" trait, you get free trait points AND you won't hear any zombies(or anything else)!

There is an advanced button in the audio settings that gives you a menu for changing the volume of individual sounds. There are 20-something zombie noises you can turn off which is probably all of them.

There's no advance option in the audio tab. You sure?
