How to add traits to an existing singleplayer character?

I like to play heavily modded and with a lot of traits, though I've realised that I want to get rid of one/maybe add one to my existing character. How would I go about doing that?

Add -debug to your steam launch options, load your saved game, click on the bug shaped thing on the left side of the screen and choose player stats. You can add and remove traits through this window and adjust skill levels.

Back up your game before doing this just in case.
