This page has some good insight, including the formula and values for foods.

You can also make the junk food last longer by just supplementing your regular stuff with it if you need some extra carbs/calories.
I've often seen the recommendation of just eating raw fish. But with carbs and fats contributing the most, I would assume dishes with fish and cabbage would be a good post-junk food route for depression and boredom relief as well.
Then again, the devs also think cabbage goes bad in like 4 days.
I didnt thought Cabbage were full of it
I guess it the way to go but i think potato is also great with it balance of rot and grow time but I bet you would rush all freezer stuff so cabbage for single player or u tired of same old veggie and wanna grow something new
I don't suggest radish. It grow fastest but also a very least nutrient veggie. It might do for trapping tho
Huh, I'd also assumed potatoes were calorie-heavy and cabbage was low on nutrients, high on hunger reduction, because it's a strange balance choice to make one of the fastest-growing crops also the best source of calories. I guess that's why my plan of chugging potatoes hasn't helped with weight gain.
