Do Lug wrenches exist?

I've looted almost every house and car in West Point, killed a couple thousand zombies, but haven't found a single Lug Wrench. Which is very sad because I already have 5 cars that are fully functional except for the wheels, which I can't change. Do lug wrenches even exist in the latest version of the game? I even installed the mod "cheat menu" which allows you to spawn any item, but even it does not have this tool.

Share your advice where to look for it and where you personally found them. Thanks in advance.

I mostly find them in cars are wrecks, sometimes an event, yet the most reliable or always the car and/or repair shops around the towns. You can also find Mechanics Books there quite reliably.

Yes. I found there jack, tire pump and some other wrench whose name I can't remember but not the lug wrench.

If you are the server admin (if you play singleplayer, you are) and don't mind a bit of cheating you can just type /additem Base.LugWrench and get one.

On my game I found 4 msr788 rifles and over 300 .308 bullets but no magazine. After a while I just spawned a single mag in. I don't think little things like that will hurt the game too much. Just pretend you found a lug wrench in the auto shop.

Lug Wrench is trivial to find. It's in many garages, you can find them on the road on single broken down cars in the middle of a tire change and in car workshops.

You've indicated you're searching houses, which is the one place you're not gonna find car related tools.

It's not unheard of for a tool to almost be nonexistant. In my game I looted most of muldraugh before I found a floor jack. Checked all the garages, all the car trunks, never found one.

Finally I found a single one in the auto repair shop, if it didn't have one there either I woulda spawned that in too

Tire iron is a different tool entirely, its a long iron bar they used to use to pull tubes out of tires.

Since tires dont have those anymore tire irons are mostly unused nowadays. You can still buy em though.

If you have functional vehicles you could go to a different city and check. Muldraugh has a auto repair shop. It is also on the north end of town which is the direction you would be coming from westpoint so pretty convenient spot to hit. It's not a terribly long drive.

Yes, rare tools. However Lug Wrenches and jacks are Set pieces for the random vehicle story "Tire Change"
