Can you build garage doors in this game?

I want to roleplay as a mechanic living is his garage, working on cars and killing zombies.

yeah man it sucks that once zombies break the garage door there is no way to fix it
and craftable barn doors from carpentry are 4 tiles wide instead of 2

if you ever find a mod that lets you bruild them, let us all know. they would be more than welcomed. I am the server carpenter/metalworker for a mild RP servver and several of us want those. especialy our mechanic
