Why Titans wearing Stormtrooper outfit have that;

Couldn't Bungie made a friendlier outfit other than that?

To be clear you're asking why a stormtrooper outfit looks like a stormtrooper? They're supposed to be an overwhelming imposing and robotic army portraying fascist uniformity... they're not supposed to be goofy space marines or friendly guards.

They're literally stormtroopers as in a licensed Star Wars collaboration and Bungie likely had no say in the design.
