can't buy eververse items or silver

my buddy keeps running into a message telling purchased not allowed or cannot complete action he has played since the beta and even did the new light stuff so not sure why the glitch is happening

Maybe go to the Bungie forum, where someone MIGHT know, maybe not, but there is a better chance there. It COULD be a region thing, I don't know.

yeah, turns out thats because they blocked all silver salles for CIS regions
