How to reset ALL Destiny 2 Data

Link Epic Games to Steam. Cross save, and choose epic (youre brand new fresh account) as your main. It will erase everything. And you can unlink Epic. So if you want to reset later, just make another account.

Why not just play a fresh play-through on Epic and keep your main data on Steam?

not sure why that matters i guess. not like i gained anything from that i already own every single dlc including 30th ann content on steam and lightfall

That's not how it is supposed to work. You can use new account as "reset", but disabling cross save should bring your steam characters back, there's also 90 day timeout after that.

Can I disable Cross Save once I’ve enabled it?
Cross Save is intended to be a one-time action, but we realize there may be cases in which you want to visit the characters you left behind. Once Cross Save has been disabled, you will have access to your original characters on each platform. There is a 90-day wait to re-enable the feature. This policy exists to discourage activity like account recoveries by other players.

Nope. DLC licenses are locked to the platform on which you own them.
