Why do they keep removing stuff??? I was busy and couldn't do it in time, now i got time, i got the quests, i got it completed i just need to deliver and get it...

Event will return later on as it's more of a once a year type thing, just got to be patient my guy.

What are you talking about? It was literally a one time thing, its gone. The shader itself is be made available again at some point but it was just a throw away "do stuff on the moon" thing not the dawning or festival of the lost.
