List of current DLCs needed to play all current content?

I'm sure this question gets asked a lot but given that some content goes out of date I thought I would ask for an up to date list as I am considering getting back into the game. Please community help out where the developers fail.

Light and Darkness collection + 4000 silver to buy Witch Queen and Lightfall dungeon keys. This will give you access to all content. Light and Darkness collection is quite often sold at a discount, I would wait for that moment. Dungeon keys will give you access to 4 dungeons (yes, Bungie sells dungeons separately). And while these dungeons are not necessary to understand the story, and many people like to say that they can be safely ignored, dungeons are also one of the best pieces of gameplay content in the entire game, so it's up to you to decide if they are worth 40 bucks or not.

If you want a full list of what's included in the Light and Darkness collection, this is it:
-Forsaken pack
-Shadowkeep pack
-Beyond light pack
-30th anniversary pack
-Witch Queen DLC
-Lightfall DLC
-Final Shape DLC + annual pass, which includes 3 seasons (think of them as mini expansions that come after the newest DLC) and two of the newest dungeons. Speaking of which, if you're still thinking about whether you should buy the dungeon keys mentioned above, you can first try to play these two dungeons from the annual pass and decide if you're interested in such content at all.

No rush to get the silver for the dungeons, light and dark saga pack comes a variety of different dungeons ranging from easy Grasp of Avarice to the hard Sundered Doctrine for you to try and see if you enjoy that end game content. There's also a free dungeon event next month to serve as an introduction to new dungeon players with added tutorials/hints.
