I've played for 2 hours today just on contest of elders with the chroma potion thing on. I haven't received a single drop of it. Am I missing something?

Let's be honest, Act 1 weapons were bad so like weight gate people only started to notice when they wanted the good weapons and couldn't get them.

Perk rolls on weapons have possibly been busted for years but we didn't notice because of crafting or perk arrangement was already favorable but then when a new easily farmed weapon came out with no one able to get the desired roll the community went digging.

There's 2 versions of the Tonic. One for Act 1 and one for Act 2. Both for Chroma Rush.

The Act 1 tonic for it works fine.
