Is 'Rolling Storm' a overpowered perk that will last;

Rolling Storm is a weapon perk, so while it's not bound to any given season and will likely be put on weapons for years to come, it'd be impossible to say if/when a nerf would come. It's not *that* strong and really is only exceptional due to the current Artifact mods. so a nerf is unlikely.

Once the artefact mods change in Frontiers, bolt charge won't feel so strong. It feels strong at the moment because it's basically dealing double damage from the artefact mods while also also healing you when it goes off.

Can it even be considered exceptional? Bolt charge still has to be triggered and if you're going for it then you might as well just have a build around it which would be far more efficient that something that getting many kills with a specific weapon with a specific perk and even when you get bolt charge ready the weapon itself still can't even trigger it. As far as weapon perks unless I'm missing something its not even on my radar, at least other element specific perks like incandescent, destabilizing rounds, headstone, volt shot etc can all work on their own without anything else but can be enhanced with builds.

I'd say if anything it may get buffed at some point in the future considering they buffed destabilizing rounds so I might keep a rolling storm roll but I'd probably need to see something like "hold reload to activate and make the next shot trigger bolt charge to even consider it.

Hmm....I'll have to search if the new Arc subclass fragments that electrify Titan barrier and others would work equally as Rolling Storm do.
