I'm confused with DLCs

I play Destiny 2 now, and I think it's really cool, but DLCs are confusing, I mean, they are giving new content but there are also some of story DLCs, and well, how much all of those story DLCs have a content? And how much of them was released since 2016?

Story DLC:
Shadowkeep
Beyond Light
Witch Queen
Lightfall (+Annual Pass)

Dungeon DLC:
Forsaken Pack
30th Anniversary
Witch Queen Dungeon Key (in game store)

Legacy Collection (2023) includes 3 older story expansions Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, and Witch Queen

Armory Collection includes 2 dungeons Forsaken and 30th Anniversary as well as anything else included in those 2 packs such as the last wish raid, access to year 2 exotic weapons, and Dares of Eternity cosmetics.

Witch Queen Dungeon Key includes 2 dungeons but needs to be unlocked in game with 2000 silver (20$us).

The annual pass of Lightfall includes 2 upcoming dungeons and 3 upcoming seasons to be released throughout 2023.

Silver bundles can be completely ignored unless you want silver and the amount is appropriate for you.

only things you really need are lightfall and the current legacy collection,
the forsaken+anniversary just gives you some extra stuff honestly this pack should be free

Most content is stand alone and you need to own what you want to play.

Then wait for a sale or use authorized key sellers such as stuff on "isthereanydeal" which shows who is sell it at the lowest prices and should only include officially supplied keys. You can find the old dlcs sometimes for 10$ each and even lightfall on sale.
