ABILITIES ENERGY AND SUPER ENERGY!

Hey guys just curious, is it possible to recharge our abilities and super energy just by dealing damage and killing enemies? Correct me if I'm wrong though.

Yes, if you use class and weapon aspects, traits, and perks that reward you energy on kills.

Yes you get super energy with damage and there are a variety of armor mods to give you ability and super energy for various things.

Oh yeah my bad I forgot to mention without using mods or perks, is it still possible to regenerate them solely upon damaging or killing enemies with weapons? Just curios though as I noticed these days whenever I kill a lots of enemies using any weapons my abilities along with my super regenerate a bit faster compare before LF expansion.
