Qualichor bug?

Hello guardians.
Anyone are having problem getting qualichor quest running? Had by now 4 items but deleted 1 to see if was a bug or what but no avail so googled and a few people are in trouble too that they have the item and go to Fynch but there aren't any text or interaction about it.
I escalated to level 30 on Fynch to see but no results. Hope Bungie fix this by next reset.

It is a weekly quest so it should be available again on Tuesday reset.

Mine has been like this for 2 weeks, Fynch flashes on the map like he wants me to go there but then does nothing. Deleting Qualichor's from the postbox has become a daily thing :(

As of this past week it should be fixed for next week onwards: "Fixed an issue where the Refined Qualichor quest wouldn't reappear for Fynch at weekly reset."

UPDT: got more qualichor but it donesn't tell me to go to Fynch (even if it's in the item telling me to do so) but no Fynch line or quest. Bummer!

After reset i went to Fynch and he actually had the Refined Qualichor quest for me to pick up, this was the good news, the bad news was that when i clicked it, it disappeared and nothing happened.

Luckily i already have the Hoard triumph so i don't really need it but its still annoying :)

How many Memory Alembic quests there are? I did it once, got the triumph and now got the quest from Fynch again. Is there a reason to do it every week?

No, there is just the one triumph for a single chest even though there is a chest for each of the 3 locations.

BUNGIE!! Please explain how we are to receive Refined Qualichor! ive got the regular coming out of my ears but cant get the Refined, and cant open executioners chests!

except for week 1, when i was able to do it once! are we supposed to only do it once? or are we still supposed to be able to open multiple executioners chests???

Killed all lucent hive and got another qualichor but this time with Fynch he got a quest below bounties but clicked and didn't happen nothing. Going to put this one aside for now..

Changed to my warlock (been put on hold) and this time i did a lucent hive run and got the qualichor item. Got back at Fynch and finally got the quest step to fill the alembic so i'm on 88% now. I think that even whitout the quest the many lucent hive you kill will fill it even ifs not there. Strange on that Bungie dont do nothing about this...
