The most important expansion to own is always the most recent one (Witch Queen in this case), and an active Season Pass, that will give you the most content for your money. If you expect to play for the entire year, then the Deluxe Edition is a good deal. If you're unsure if you'll play all year, then the basic might be a better choice.
Forsaken, Shadowkeep and Beyond Light are the three older Expansions. They are considered to be depreciated Legacy content. There is still fun to be had with them (Beyond Light contains the Stasis powers for example) but none of them are strictly necessary.
If you want the older ones, I strongly suggest waiting for a sale on the Legacy Edition.
Does beyond light add dungeons and endgame content?

If you already have Destiny 2 there should be an icon on the loading screen that will tell you what DLC's you have. It will also give you a timeline to explore from the very beginning of Destiny 2.
Prophecy is F2P, Beyond Light adds the campaign, stasis subclass and DSC.
