Where is spider?

I remember going to the eliksni quarter ages ago when I briefly returned one season and walking around that area after some mission, but coming back and apparently spider is there? I cannot for the life of me find the node that is mentioned that apparently takes you there in the helm map, can't find any old quests related to it or the donation chest mentioned in the only guides I can find. Really stumped and anywhere else people just say something like "Helm > Eliksni quarter" which doesn't really help.

the hub "icon" for the eliksni quarter is on the Helm map, it's in the top left quadrant if I recall correctly

If you want, look for season of plunder mission list (the ketchkiller and fallen pirate stuff that was last season) and it'll show you through all that. Questline is "Legacy:Sails of the Shipstealer" look in either your quest log, or hop on over to the quest terminal to the left of the postmaster in the tower

Those quests aren't in the quest terminal or my quest log, and I can queue up for that mission but nothing happens, its just a short mission then it ends and its still there. No node for eliksni quarter either.

regardless though how are people meant to know to do that mission to unlock the eliksni quarter? Especially when cursory google searches lead to descriptions of other content that doesn't exist anymore.

Do you own the season pass for it?

The donation chest was in the tower and was a limited time event (gone now).

I have the same problem, I wasn't playing during that event and I am not aware of a way to unlock that quest to gain access to the Eliksni Quarter, but I need to deliver Spider his cookie

Is there any way to complete the Cookie Delivery quest if I don't have Eliksni Quarter?

If you do the Arena quest in the top left of the H.E.L.M. in the Director, you will unlock Eliksni Quarter and the Lost City and will be able to talk with Spider
