Will Heroes of Solstice 2019 Armor return this year as ornaments?

Wasn't part of the 2019 event, Only 2020 and 2021 So I own those armors as ornaments only.

In 2021 You could get 2020 as ornament even if you haven't played that year, But 2019 armors weren't purchasable as ornaments.
