Anyway to play at all?
I got banned because my account hacked and didn't really care because didn't play that much. but I kinda care now saw theyre doing a star wars collaboration and wanted to start playing again and I knew when I got banned bungie kinda sucks so there was no way I was getting my account back and just want to play again. I wonder if there is anyway to play at all again. I got all my Platforms linked to my bungie and can't unlink them anymore so like am I cooked or just make all new accs on platforms to play again?

They have 1 hour play time in crucible with a 0.21 K/D, they probably had something running in the background from another game that got them slapped by Destiny 2.

OK, I really don't have a grasp at getting that information, it's interesting. Maybe no cheating in D2, doesn't Bungie look at those things to determine if there is a false positive? I admit, I am not very trusting on this, how many cheaters have said, welp, got caught, that sucks. It's always I din du nutin or ah wuz hakt, I fully understand some actual innocents can be snagged in the dragnet. Now I find it hard to understand why Bungie would not be open to another chance, those numbers certainly don't look like a cheater. I am also not there or seeing what they see, so to me it looks like maybe innocent.

I used to use Cheat Engine for Borderlands 2, had some scripts to replace adds with bad-asses etc. I always made sure to not only shut that down, but to reboot my PC to make certain that was not in memory before playing Destiny 2.

They had a post about running something for another game that was about same time they were last seen in Destiny 2 so what ever that was probably triggered it like your Cheat Engine example.

Idk because someone logged into my steam from Canada when I was banned I'm assuming I got my account back and didn't think they did anything because nothing was changed or anything. So idk. I did use cheat engine for DS3 but I got rid of it after a week.

Considering it's bungie and their support is just horrible I doubt they'd help me at all. I tried like once to get my account back but yeah they didn't wanna help. If I just tell them I had it running in the back what are the chances I get it back then?

I can't say, I am not Bungie, I do know that there have been people that got unbanned. All I would know to do is open a ticket and if there is a place, add the info about your play time. I can't say they will or will not do something, I am not them and have no insider information.
