Just like curious. Does anyone actually give their ghost a name other than just 'ghost'

As Mez Koo said, the name is Ghost, I have heard him say so.

Edit: Not saying there is anything wrong with someone giving their ghost a name.

Some characters in the game lore have named Ghosts, Osiris's Ghost is called Sagira for example

All ghosts are named, Zavala's was Targe, Cayde's is Sundance, Ana Bray's is Jinju, Saint's is Geppetto, and Eris's was Brya but our ghost is Ghost. Of course ghosts can pick their own name, Glint was "Pulled Pork" until Crow gave him a new name he accepted but "Ghost" is an actual name and whether its to match "Guardian" or because he does actually like the name he has specifically said that is his name and wants to be called that.

Fun fact there is guardian Ghost with ghost Tommy.
